Original dark stain was brushed to resemble vertical flame grain. I stripped it to reveal really tight and tiny birdseye. The port side (left) shows overstain completely removed. The starboard side (right) shows remnants of vertical brushed stain at top. The remnants also obscure the starboard side birdseye. |
